Off to the big apple!
Hi all
Today we are off to New York...should be an assault on the senses after quiet and serene Amish Country. We have spent the last two days in Philadelphia...a very old and historic city but quite grimey. We have visited a host of museums...they do their displays so very well....lots of interactive stuff to do....and so patriotic....if only they could act on what they preach so well!!! It is rainy and wet today so a good day to be on the bus...fortunately only 2 and a bit hours to NY.
Will report on NY if we survive!!!

I am so jealous !! Life has been whizzing by while you have been away. Keeping busy doing I don't know what. Had my 50th birthday party the other week upstairs at the Jerusalem, it was great fun. Wendy had a baby boy Ryan. STuart gets married on the 12th Nov. Jill you are missing a key coordinators course in SYdney (now that would have been worth staying home for NOT). I am sharing with ALison. The weather has been extreme. We are on high alert already for bushfires. 3 weeks ago Hobart was surrounded by bushfires. This week it snowed and 70% of their crops have been ruined.
