Sorry guys...forgot to tell you what the photos are...first one is of a spirit bear in Vancouver...artists of Canada create them then they are auctioned off in October for charity. They are all over the streets and very delightful to see. The second one is of Lake Moraine near Jasper in the Rockies...one of the most photograhed lakes in the world.

Well...here we are after 12 months of planning...heading off on our first big trip together. Departing on August 27th 2006, we will be travelling to the United States, Canada and Norway for 14 weeks (both taking long service leave). We are doing a combination of set tours and 'make it up as we go along'! So stay tuned for updates on where we are, what we're doing and some happy snaps to look at (and be a bit jealous of maybe?)
