Probably the last post!

Hi everybody
Well here we are back in Toronto after 5 days in Niagara Falls....the falls were beautiful....very majestic! The weather is getting colder now....had some rain in Niagara...wish we could send it to Adelaide! Tomorrow we are off to Norway....should be something different after the US and Canada. The ship will be a much different experience to the Coral Princess in Alaska thats for sure!! Cant believe we will be home in 2 weeks....but we are tired so will be glad to be back in our own beds! The photos are of Niagara Falls by night and day and also one for the quilt group...me with Ricky Tims. We will probably not update this site again before we get home as we anticipate the internet to be either very expensive or inaccessible in Norway...but keep looking .....you never know!!
We are anticipating cold weather in Norway, so we found some great (& cheap!!!) snow boots in Niagara Falls - for those in the know, we got Sorrell's for $15!!!!!! We have got the thermals ready to go! They have already been used in NF as it was very chilly (between 3 - 6 degrees) most days. We had wonderful fireworks over the falls on one night which was fantastic & they have a christmas light display that stretches for 6 kms - it does look great & the cold weather adds to the atmosphere. We hired a car for a day as well & drove to 'Niagara - on -the- Lake' which is a spectacular town a few kms down the road - it is an historic town - very expensive, but lovely to walk around & have a look in the shops.
Bye for now - keep looking as we may have an opportunity to do a update.
Cheers (can't wait to see you all!!)

Fabulous photos of the Niagara. They are truly spectacular. I recall it was rather chilly when we ran around them last century Lyn! I think we were about 15 then.
Look forward to hearing the tales of Norway +++ on your return. I hope you have your night eyes in order, the sun goes down mighty fast.
Off to the U2 concert in half an hour, I'm very excited, I've never been to such a big concert in my whole life!
